          1.1 Service Fees: BrandEvo charges service fees for connecting clients with digital experts and facilitating transactions. These fees are non-refundable once services have been successfully rendered by the digital expert.
          1.2 Refunds are only possible after 3 days of payment hence your job is being worked on and if the client does not want the service anymore then it can be switched to other services within our arsenals
          1.3 Eligibility: Refunds are subject to approval and may be granted at the discretion of BrandEvo management. Factors considered include the nature of the service, the extent of completion, and adherence to our Terms of Service.
          1.4 Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at\u00a0refund@brandevo.ng<\/a>. Provide detailed information regarding your request, including the reasons for the refund and any supporting documentation.
          1.5 Refund Timeline: Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.               2.1 Digital Solutions: As a networking platform connecting clients with digital experts, Brandevo does not facilitate the physical shipment of products. Therefore, returns of digital solutions or services are not applicable for our platform.
              2.2 Service Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a client and a digital expert regarding the quality or completion of services, Brandevo may intervene to facilitate resolution. We encourage clients and digital experts to communicate openly and seek an amicable solution whenever possible.
              2.3 Terms of Service Compliance: Both clients and digital experts are expected to adhere to our Terms of Service, which outline acceptable behavior and responsibilities.
